Castle Property Group purchased this 2228m2 site in 2021, to undertake a speculative industrial development project.  Originally a freestanding building was approved, however the strata unit market took off, so we redesigned the project. Upon approval of a 10 unit project, we sold as the land had more than doubled in value and we were making the same return from the land sale as we would from the development itself, if we had of proceeded.

Castle Property Group exclusively acted as the Development Manager for the investment group and handled the project feasibility, land purchase negotiations, designed the property, acted as the Project Manager and the Exclusive Sales and Leasing Agent for the marketing.
